Mary Humphreys

Mary Humphreys, Legal Secretary, works in our busy Conveyancing Department with Rachel Hall, Solicitor. Mary has vast experience in all aspects of conveyancing practice relating to purchases and sales of residential property (both new and second hand), re-mortgages and voluntary transfers.  Mary also attends to all of the post-closing completion requirements involving registration in the Land Registry and preparing and filing Certificates of Title for the banks.

Mary’s attention to detail, ensures the smooth running of the Conveyancing Department.
