Experience

Aoife McCarthy is an experienced litigator who specialises in personal injuries litigation and employment law. She has extensive experience in dealing, in particular, with Injuries Board applications and assessments; representing clients at Circuit Court and High Court level in respect of personal injuries, road traffic accidents, accidents in the workplace and psychological injuries.

Aoife advises individual employees from all sectors with regard to employment issues such as termination of employment, unfair dismissal, bullying and harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

She advises business owners with regard to complying with employment legislation and safeguarding against the risk of claims.
