Experience

Rachel Hall is an experienced solicitor who specialises in Conveyancing to include residential and commercial purchases and sales, re-mortgages and voluntary transfers of property.  Rachel also advises clients in relation to Probate Law to include drafting wills, administration of estates, the creation and registration of enduring powers of attorney and wardship.  She has a special interest in advising elderly and vulnerable clients. 

Education

Rachel graduated from University College Cork having obtained an Honours BCL Degree.  Rachel has also completed The Law Society of Ireland’s Diploma in Trust & Estate Planning and The Law Society of Ireland’s Diploma in Property Tax.
